All prices are wholesale (NET, Canadian landed) FOB Primavera (Toronto) unless noted otherwise and are subject to freight and/or local delivery, and local taxes, where applicable

Unforeseen currency changes may necessitate price alterations. Primavera reserves the right to alter prices without notice. We recommend that you verify all prices before ordering.


Standard orders:
Standard orders include all in stock fabric, wallpaper, trimming or leather orders. Full payment is required on all orders prior to shipping from our supplier. Terms will be considered for active accounts only. A 2% per month interest charge will be added to all overdue accounts.

Cancellations will not be accepted on imported order unless approved by Primavera. Any such orders are automatically subjected to a minimum 25% restocking charge. No returns will be accepted for wallpaper

Production or custom orders:
Production/custom orders include all furniture, lighting or any custom printed/woven fabric/wallpaper or trimmings orders. A 50% deposit is required on all production and/or custom orders, with balance due prior to shipping from our supplier. Cancellations will not be accepted for any such orders. All lead-times and delivery dates are approximate. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

General notes:
Primavera is not responsible for colour matching unless a cutting for approval (CFA) is requested. No claims will be accepted for fabric/wallpaper that has been cut or treated. No claims will be accepted for labour charges under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all products for flaws or defects as soon as they are received. Claims will not be accepted after 10 business days.
