To begin, you will need to complete only the Primavera account form. However, some of the companies we represent invoice our clients directly and if you wish to purchase product from one of them, you will also need to complete their individual account application forms.

All O&L orders are billed directly in CDN dollars by O&L (Connecticut, USA) and shipped directly from London, England.

Please note that all orders must be provided to us IN WRITING. This requires that a written Purchase Order or order request be sent by Email, Fax or Mail including Style Number & Name, Colour Number & Name, Quantity, and Ship To Address.
